MADURAI: The BJP Madurai city unit is holding a public meeting in Madurai city on February 12th 2018 (Monday) at 5 p.m. to highlight the important aspects in the 2018- 19 Union Budget, and to demand for a CBI investigation into the recent fire inferno in Madurai Meenakshi Temple and also to tell the people about the Modi government’s LPG cylinder distribution to poor people through Ujjwala Scheme of Central government.
This meeting will be led by the Tamil Nadu BJP State president Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan in the presence of State and Madurai district office-bearers who will explain and create public awareness on the latest Union Budget which was presented by the Union Finance Minister Mr.Arun Jaitley on Feb 1st in the Parliament.
The public meeting in Madurai City is being organised under the auspices of Meenakshi Kovil Mandal unit of the BJP at South Masi – West Masi Street Junction – T.M.Court.
BJP leaders from Madurai including State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, district president Mr.Saseeraman, State vice-president Mr.S.Surendran, Madurai city urban district vice-president Mr.S.K.Hariharan along with district leaders Mr.D.M.Balakrishnan, K.K.Srinivasan, M.G.Bharathiraja and Meenakshi Temple Mandal BJP mandal president Mr.D.Saravanakumar will participate in the public meeting in Madurai city on February 12th 2018 at 5 p.m.
