MADURAI: The BJP Madurai Urban district (City unit ) president Mr.Saseeraman had lashed out at the police and the AIADMK government for their undemocratic way of functioning by posing hurdles to the BJP’s protests for bus fare hike.
“Why are you tearing our posters? Police should do their job but do not be puppets in hands of your officials or local government………Is there a proper government in Tamil Nadu? We have seen so many threats but the BJP will never bow down to any pressures……Our concern is for the people’s welfare and people’s interests……What is the AIADMK government doing,” Mr.Saseeraman said in Madurai meeting on January 24th 2018.

Mr.Saseeraman along with BJP cadres in Madurai Urban and Madurai Rural district units, raised voice against the recent bus fare hike by the Tamil Nadu Government for TNSTC buses.
The BJP had demanded the Edappadi Palaniswamy government and to the AIADMK to stop their anti-democratic approach and instead listen to what the people are asking because ultimately people are the backbone for any political party in any democracy.
