MADURAI: Hundreds of Khaki-clad service soldiers of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) took part in the procession -Route March – from S.S.Colony to Bypass Road to meeting venue… in Madurai city on October 22nd 2017 evening (Sunday).
RSS leader and RSS in-charge for Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Puducherry Dr.R.Vanniarajan addressed saffron cadres in the temple city of Madurai.
The thirst of patriotism, the thrust on service and their tryst with the nation-building mission was visible among the disciplined cadres and volunteers who walked raising in voice ‘Bharath Matha Ki Jai.’
“Every year, RSS conducts route march in all districts. This march marches with discipline, patriotism and character. Many people describe RSS discipline as military discipline. But here, our discipline is without any fear…Our boss is Bharat Matha…..it is self-discipline shown by our activists without any fear or monitoring,” Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary, has said on Sunday.
RSS IS FOR ALL CITIZENS:
Prof.Dr.Srinivasan told the “Lotus Times’ news website that every citizen in India must go for RSS training because it is an organisation dedicated for growth of our country.
“For this Madurai route march we sought permission……unnecessarily it was denied permission by the police and it triggered a controversy. But, the High Court Bench gave permission and we are happy / our thanks for that,” he added.
Prof.Dr.Srinivasan had pointed out that the term freedom of expression and free voice became common for pseudo-secularists. “The RSS events happen in open air ground…..it is transparent…We invite all youngsters to join this supreme organisation for the sake of nation,” he said.
