MADURAI: The Madurai City BJP unit has set an aggressive tone to combat the DMK and its “letter pad” friends in their coalition by warning them to stop unwanted wrong criticism against Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi and BJP.
On Sunday evening (October 15th 2017), the venue for BJP’s wordy onslaught with accurate figures and facts against political adversaries like the DMK and its so called Working President Stalin was from Ward 33 (in Pudur Mandal), Anna Nagar area in Madurai City.
A street corner public meeting was organised in Madurai Corporation’s Ward 33 locality, near Ambika Theatre junction, by the Madurai Urban District unit BJP for conveying to the general public on Modi government achievements, welfare schemes of Central government, scandals and corruption charges on earlier Congress-led UPA government, Court cases and the rubbish talk by DMK’s Mr.Stalin & Co.
BJP CANDIDATE MADURAI WARD 33 :
Mrs.Jayashree Babu, the BJP Ward 33 Councillor Candidate for Ward 33 in Madurai Corporation (Anna Nagar area) was formally introduced.
According to Pudur Mandal BJP Prabhari Mr.K.K.Nagar M.Kannan, the party is holding street corner public meetings in all the wards in Madurai city and they are aimed at garnering public support for Modi schemes.
“The three year achievements of our Prime Minister Mr.Modi and countering the criticism of opposition parties is the main goal. Mrs.Jayashree Babu was introduced as our Ward Councillor candidate for Ward 33 in local body civic polls to the public,” said Mr.Kannan.
LEADERS LASH OUT:
Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, Madurai Urban city unit district president Mr.Saseeraman, Ward 33 party president Mr.Prakash and Mr.A.S.Balasubramanian, district secretary of BJP propaganda cell, were among those who lashed out against the wrong criticisms of opposition parties.
The BJP leaders / functionaries who were present include Mr.C.M.Mari Chakkaravarthy, State Youth Wing general secretary, Mr.D.M.Balakrishnan, urban district general secretary, Mr.K.K.Sreenivasan, district general secretary (org), Mr.Pudur Raja of Madurai district propaganda cell, Mr.Gopidoss, BJP urban district treasurer along with district secretary Mr.Gnaneshwaran , IT and Social media Mr.Senthil Alagar and Mr.Keerathurai Kumar.
