MADURAI: Starting with an aggressive pitch for success in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has opened an office for Madurai Parliament Constituency election work in Madurai on August 25th 2017.
The opening of this exclusive office, which is situated in Bibikulam (opposite to Income Tax Office), was done on the auspicious day Vinayaka Chathurthi in the presence of large number of party leaders and cadres.
Shri.Kesava Vinayagam, Tamil Nadu BJP State Organisation General Secretary, formally opened the party office from where the election strategy, material preparation, people-connect programmes and campaign issues will be worked out and implemented across the Madurai Lok Sabha constituency area.
COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN:
Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, BJP State Secretary, who will spearhead the election work from this Madurai Parliament Constituency office along with a dedicated team, has said that the countdown has begun for the 2019 LS polls.
“Our party national president Mr.Amit Shah has set goals for us….So,by starting a focused office for winning elections. we will be working in a direction to achieve that goal…Only 600 days are left for the Parliament election and since we have opened this office well in advance, our party will be addressing micro level people’s issues in Madurai constituency,” he added.
Mr.S.Surendran, State Vice-President, Mrs.A.R.Mahalakshmi, BJP Women’s Wing State President, Mr.A.P.Muruganandam, BJP Youth Wing national vice-president (Yuva Morcha), Mr.Saseeraman, Madurai Urban District president, Mr.Suseendhran, Madurai Rural District president and State Secretary Mr.Pon.Balaganapathy, were among those present at the office opening ceremony and later took part in the party strategy meeting held in Madurai on August 25th 2017.
