MADURAI: The BJP Madurai Rural District unit office-bearers took the innovative, informative and idealistic route to to help the people of Madurai district by launching the initiative of “Modiyin Thamarai Sevagan” (We are servants of Lotus symbol of the BJP).
A special meeting to introduce this people-friendly and public service idea of the Madurai Rural district BJP was held on August 8th 2017 evening at the party’s well-managed office ‘Thamarai Sevai Mayyam’ in Madurai city Melamadai main road which is attracting public attention towards the BJP and lotus symbol.
Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan, Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary, who took part in this new concept launching meeting at the Madurai Rural BJP office on August 8th 2017, has said that the ‘Thamaraiyin Sevagan’ idea will definitely catch up at the national level because of its depth and dedication.
Madurai Rural district BJP general secretary Mr.G.Moovendan said that the aim of the new initiative in Madurai is to take the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Central Government schemes to the people in a direct manner because the schemes must reach the deserved people.
“This is a first of its kind effort and we are happy to start it from Madurai…..Our party cadres are volunteering to work for the welfare of people…We will reach out to the people and our Modi government’s welfare schemes will be taken to them,” Mr.Moovendan has said.
BJP TEAM WILL HELP:
According to Madurai BJP Rural District unit’s IT Wing president Mr.M.Muthu Selvam, the party cadres will work as a team to help the people in guiding them to government departments for availing the Prime Minister Modi’s schemes.
“Whether it is educational loan or housing or anything from the government, we will assist the people…Our Central government schemes will be taken to the people and they will benefit by availing them,” said Mr.Muthu Selvam.
District president of Madurai Rural district BJP Mr.Maha.Suseendhran and other office-bearers were present at the introductory meeting of this innovative idea called ‘Thamarai Sevagan.”
