AMARAVATI (AP): Union Minister for Urban Development, Information & Broadcasting Mr.M.Venkaiah Naidu has said that our Prime Minister Modi is true to his name by launching a mission for ‘ Making of Developed India.’
“Let us develop India is Modi government’s goal. The popularity of our Prime Minister Narendra Modi is at 73 per cent according to global surveys and even the American President comes at fourth place in rankings,” he said while speaking at the inauguration of SRM University buildings and launching admissions at the new capital Amaravati area in Andhra Pradesh on July 15th 2017 (Saturday)
The Chennai-headquartered SRM University has constructed a huge campus with latest infrastructural facilities in Neerukonda area in Amaravati capital city of Andhra Pradesh where student admissions for various higher education courses began from this academic year.
PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP:
Mr.Venkaiah Naidu told the people, especially youth, not to waste time in this missionary national endeavour and to work with positive mindset.
“The coming of SRMUniversity to Amaravati is a good beginning….Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is an expert in administration and in forging partnerships by providing land to the investors and industries. Public Private Partnership (PPP) alone is the way forward,” he added.
Stressing on the importance of peace, unity and harmony for country’s development keeping castes and religions aside for goal of our nation’s progress, Mr.Venkaiah Naidu said that only character, caliber, capacity and conduct will guide towards success
“The capital city of Andhra Pradesh has been given national importance…it is a smart city, heritage city and was also included in many national schemes. Modi government will also build houses for the poor in this city. Already 1,93,000 houses were sanctioned to help low income / weaker sections in AP,” he informed.
MODI – NAIDU GOOD COMBINATION:
Mr.Venkaiah Nadu stated that the hardworking duo – Narendra Modi and Chandrababu Naidu – are a very good combination for development and the central government will support Andhra Pradesh in every possible way.
The top management of Tamil Nadu’s SRM University led by its founder T.R.Pachamuthu were present at the university inauguration amidst a large gathering of students. SRM University is the first private university to have come up in the capital city of Amaravati.
