MADURAI: The death anniversary of India’s former Prime Minister Mrs.Indira Gandhi in that brutal attack by her security guards at the PM residence in New Delhi on 31st October 1984 is still a shocking assassination that brings tears to our eyes. On her 36th death anniversary, it has to be recalled that Indira Gandhi always stood for one India, one nation and one goal. That is a strong India. It was Indira Gandhi who nationalized the banks, it was Indira who fought with Pakistan and created Bangladesh, it was Indira who initiated welfare schemes through ‘Garibi Hatao’. and she laid the foundation for a strong India in the 80s itself.

Now some political parties are trying to take the claim through their slogans ONE NATION slogans. Indira Gandhi stood like a ‘Kali’, as great Atal Bihari Vajpayee has said then. So, India will always remember Indira. And, Indira always stood for India without any corporate interests……. IT IS TIME TO SAVE INDIA FROM THE ‘A-B-C- etc who are trying to make our country into a corporate theatre….”.Respects to B.R.Ambedkar…..and our Constitution only can save India from the ‘A’s.
